About Us
I'm Natalie, the proud founder and heart behind both Lake Como Sitters and our new venture, Dolomites Sitters.
Our aim is to provide families with a stress-free experience, whether you’re on a skiing holiday or exploring the Dolomites' breathtaking scenery. We offer daytime and evening babysitting, as well as assisted skiing babysitting, where our sitters can accompany your children on the slopes or take them to ski school.
I'm half Italian, half English. Born and raised on Lake Como, I then spent 20 years in the UK before returning to Italy in 2023. Alongside my firsthand experience as a mum to my daughter Amélie, I bring fifteen years of childcare expertise. I’ve been a babysitter, nanny, children's tutor, and entertainer.
I’ve now built a fabulous team of babysitters (who I personally vet) that speak multiple languages and have the experience needed to care for your little ones. So you can enjoy your ‘adult time’ on holiday, knowing your children are in safe and caring hands.

At our babysitting agency, the health and safety of your child is our top priority. To ensure the highest standards, we carefully vet every babysitter we hire. Each candidate must complete a thorough process, which includes:

Providing two babysitting references

Completing our onboarding process

Running a background check
This ensures that every babysitter in our agency is fully qualified and trustworthy, so you can feel confident that your precious little one is being well looked after.
For extra peace of mind, I also ask all our Sitters to send regular updates with photos to parents when assigned to any babysitting job.
